Terms of Use

By using the HGS Hesapla (HGS Fee Calculator) mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is designed to calculate toll fees on Turkish motorways and bridges for vehicles equipped with HGS (Fast Transit System) tags. All fee estimates provided are based on official KGM (General Directorate of Highways) tariffs. However, actual fees may differ due to route changes, rate updates, or system errors. The App is not affiliated with official HGS or KGM systems.

By using the App, you agree to:

• —Provide accurate and current route information
• —Use the App only for lawful purposes
• —Not interfere with the App's operation
• —Be responsible for the accuracy of your vehicle class selection
• —Be responsible for decisions made based on the fee estimates provided by the App

The App and all related content, code, design, logos, and materials (“Content”) are owned by the App owner and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Content without prior written permission.

The App may offer subscription-based premium features in addition to free core features. Subscription purchases are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your app store account settings. Subscription fees and refund policies are subject to the respective app store's terms. As the app developer, we do not process refunds directly; all refund requests must be directed to the app store's support channels.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• —TomTom: For map display, route calculation, and location search
• —OpenRouteService (HeiGIT): For alternative route calculation and location search
• —Google Firebase: For analytics, crash reporting (Crashlytics), and push notifications (Cloud Messaging)
• —Google AdMob: For mobile advertising
• —RevenueCat: For subscription management
• —OpenStreetMap: As the underlying source of map data

We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of these services. Third-party service providers' own terms of use apply.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, including but not limited to:

• —That fee calculations will always be accurate
• —That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• —That the App will be compatible with all devices
• —That third-party map or route data will be complete or current
• —That KGM/HGS tariffs will remain unchanged (official rates may be updated without notice; actual toll at time of travel may differ)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. This includes damages resulting from financial decisions made based on fee estimates.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
